We have upgraded the version of Rekognition to the latest version (V7). Upgrades of the Rekognition version require a complete re-indexing of all images of persons. As a result, differences in detection always occur - usually improving algorithmic detection certainty and reducing both Type I and Type II errors. As we navigate the transition over the next week, you may find that a person may show up multiple times in an FR result. We are aware of this occurrence and are working to streamline the display of unique results.
