Our hosting provider experienced a degradation of service resulting in a disruption to the fusion center text search API. As a result, some text searches may not have completed successfully or returned incomplete data - specifically new data ingested during the outage period may not have surfaced during searches performed during this period. The issue at the hosting provider was resolved at 2:22 PM PT and our data services have recovered.
Searches performed between approximately 10:00 AM PT and 2:30 PM PT may need to be re-executed as a result of the service disruption if it is suspected that a person's record would have been ingested during this period.
