Legacy SIN Relay Connection Issues on SSIN

At approximately 0245 hours on 2020-06-30, the Legacy SSIN relay began experiencing a performance issue.

Some users may have experienced connectivity issues since the event. The problem has been identified. Users experiencing issues should begin to see the system recover.
