SIN Alert imaging has been restored as of SIN ID 251065.

Any customer who sent a SIN between 2017-02-03T03:23:04Z and 2017-02-3T14:45:00Z are asked to reply to thier own SIN and reattach the images, if possible.

This corresponds to SIN IDs 251053 through 251064.

SIN Messages are failing to attach images when sent. All images associated with these SIN alerts after message 251053 have been lost.

When the issue is fixed, we ask that you reply to your affected SIN alert with the images attached.
